Remodeling in Medina County, Ohio
The natural next step after recovery, kitchens, baths, basements, and whole-home remodels. Same crew, not a new contractor to vet.
Two Ways a Remodel Starts
Some remodels start with a plan. Others start with a storm or a burst pipe. Medwick handles both, one locally owned company, the same crew either way.
The rebuild after a claim
After storm or water damage, the rebuild is the last step of the recovery. If Medwick handled your claim work and the drying, the same company completes the rebuild: drywall, flooring, trim, and paint. One relationship from the first insurance call to the final walkthrough, and no new contractor to vet halfway through.
A straight remodeling project
No damage, no claim, just work you want done: a kitchen, a bathroom, a basement, or a whole-home remodel. Same crew, same communication, none of the insurance paperwork.
One remodel, in the customer’s own words:
I could not be happier with my floor to ceiling bedroom remodel!! New wiring, outlets, lighting, wall removal and textured ceiling! From demo to finishing touches everything was completed in a timely fashion with great attention to detail! I highly recommend the guys at Medwick Construction, you will not be disappointed!

Every remodel carries Medwick’s own five-year workmanship warranty.
Where the Remodel Fits in a Claim
When damage starts the project, the remodel comes last. First the roof gets closed so nothing more gets in. Then wet materials come out and the structure dries. That part is water mitigation, and the rebuild waits on it, because new finishes over wet framing don’t last.
The claim runs alongside the work. For the rebuild, our part of the paperwork is a written repair estimate that documents everything the damage touched, down to the finishes. What the claim covers comes down to your policy, so start with how the process works on our insurance claims page.
A straight remodel skips all of that. Tell us what you want changed, and we’ll look at the space and prepare an estimate.
Estimates are free. Nothing starts until you sign.
